- One closed/private group for the participants of each individual event, which is used for detailed event info, and participant communication

- To announce the event itself.
- Sometimes: to announce the registration date.
- Facebook Pages
- The page for the event. It can be liked, and can be used to spread news about the event. This is facebook's recommended way.
- Link it with the event and groups.
- Facebook Profiles
- Please don't use facebook profiles for people or events.

- Use the announcement feature to promote important information to the top of the group, like registration dates, time tables, or final info.
