Role-balanced event

A role-balanced event is an event where there are an equal amount of leaders and followers.
Usually, events that have an "almost equal" ratio are advertised as role-balanced as well, which usually means 10% surplus of one role is accepted.
Some organizers feel that 10% excess of leaders creates for a better event atmosphere than 10% excess of followers.[1]
